Sweaty GOAT Saunas feature a hybrid heat system with carbon and graphene heating elements, chromotherapy lighting, and an air purification system. The saunas are designed for indoor use and can be adjusted to temperatures between 80–160°F.

 

 

What we recommend before, during and after an Infrared Sauna Session

Hydrate with water or sport drinks before, during and after a session.

Shower post session to keep your pores open allowing creams to absorb better in your body.

Sitting Up is recommended to receive the maximum benefits of infrared light.

Don’t Eat before a session, a full stomach can cause nausea.

No Electronics digital detoxing is an important part of decompressing.

No Alcohol or Caffeine they will place your body in a dehydrated state.

Loose Fitted Clothing like cotton will not cause irritation when in contact with skin.

Stretching Improves flexibility and helps promote good blood circulation.

 

           So Chromotherapy is the use of color and light to gently bring about homeostasis.  

Color and light have been used for healing across time.  Ancient Egyptians built solarium-type rooms with colored panes of glass.  Some people used colored silk cloths which are placed on the body and then flooded with sunlight.
